Snap buttons are normally a series of small welded discs used as an alternative to fabrics to normal buttons, also known as press studs, snaps, or snaps, and are usually made of metal. We produce various snap buttons on textile or leather materials. It has four parts including snap buttons, head, socket, stud and pole. A section consists of cover and socket, B section consists of stud and pole. In the middle of the socket there is a round spring ring or a hole with two parallel springs. Typically, when tightening the thrust bolts, we attach part A over part B, then hold it firmly until sufficient pressure is applied to join them. If necessary, the surface of the cap and socket can be customized by carving decorative patterns depending on the requirements of the customer.

Application

Snap buttons are versatile and can be used in a variety of settings to add materials of different strength and toughness, including leather, canvas textiles, terry fabrics and others, as well as knitted fabrics. In addition, we recommend that they be used for attaching fabrics to solid surfaces such as cardboard, plastic or wood, or for joining one or more materials in one place.

Similarly, snap buttons are often used not only in clothes but also in other products such as luggage bags, garment jackets, shoes, dog collars and straps and saddlery.
